If any part of your order is unsatisfactory, return it within THIRTY days for exchange, credit or refund. All returns must be accompanied by invoice sales receipt with all SADDLE SHOP and manufacturer's tags and labels intact. Worn items and merchandise returned after 30 days from receipt may be subject to a 20% restocking fee for merchandise credit only. Shipping Charges are not refundable. All SADDLE SHOP merchandise is priced to offer you the finest quality at the lowest possible prices. We reserve the right to change prices without notice or limit the merchandise due to economic conditions. Retail store prices may differ on some products.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

DELIVERY

Normal transit time to the East and East Coast area is 3 business days, Midwest is 2 business days, and West and West Coast is 4 business days. Carriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Be sure to provide a street address unless you require shipment by U.S. Postal Service. Expect delivery in 5-10 business days. Personalized, custom make-up, and drop-shipped items require additional delivery time.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Foreign Orders are by air or surface and charged actual rate. Please specify desired method of transportation. We will advise you of charges for approval before order is shipped. Foreign orders must be paid in US Funds.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS

These shipping charges do not include duties or taxes that are applied to International deliveries by each country and will be collected from the recipient at the time of delivery.

BACKORDERS

We will automatically backorder any item for a maximum of 30 days. Of course, you may cancel a backorder at any time. Out of stock items not expected within 30 days will be deleted from your order and invoice, and you will be advised when it again becomes available. If you prefer, you may specify "NO SUBSTITUTIONS" and/or "NO BACKORDERS" at time of order.
